Overview
Engineered specifically for the rigors of bluewater fishing, the 228CC features closed-cell foam flotation and PermaGrid® construction with a high freeboard, deep-V hull to tame even the most unruly seas. With an 84 sq. ft. self-bailing cockpit, insulated fishbox, livewell and casting deck, there isn’t a species on any coast that’s safe. Lots of bow storage and a large console compartment with a portable head also means that long days on the water will be comfortable for the entire crew in this 22-footer that feels and rides like any other 24. It’s a small boat that can take on big seas and big fish capably.
